Anyone Can Nominate
SLA accepts both self-nominations and third-party nominations from colleagues, employees, community members, and organisations. Nominating a leader is completely free and open to anyone who believes in recognising outstanding impact.
How the Nomination Process Works
1. Submit Your Nomination
Complete the online nomination form with the nominee's details and select the most relevant award category.
2. Provide Supporting Evidence
Upload a short write-up, CV/profile, and any supporting documents that demonstrate impact.
3. Eligibility Screening
The SLA Secretariat reviews each submission to confirm it meets category and eligibility requirements.
4. Independent Judging
Shortlisted nominees are evaluated by SLA's independent panel of judges against transparent scoring criteria.
5. Finalists & Winners Announced
Finalists are notified ahead of the Leadership Summit & Gala, where winners are publicly announced and celebrated.
